Live Event Painting
Are you looking for a live wedding painter, artist in residence or corporate event illustrator? I can paint your guests from photos I take on the day, then create A6 head and shoulders portraits for everyone to take home - all whilst they enjoy themselves!
A wedding artist, or live event painter can capture your big event as it unfolds! I will paint individual portraits of all your guests. The portraits are head and shoulders, A6 sized. I will place each portrait in a biodegradable bag for your guests to take away and enjoy.
Live painting is a unique and fun way to entertain. Plus, guests get to take home their own original piece of art. This suits any number of events including weddings, hen/stag dos, engagement parties, birthdays, christenings and more! The finished portraits will be displayed in a pop up gallery. Don’t worry I’ll bring everything I need.
I will take photos of the guests at the start of the event, then work through them throughout the day. People are welcome to come and chat and watch, and as your artist in residence I will complete my work whilst they enjoy themselves. They can then return to my table and pick up their own little work of art.
Pricing
I charge £200 per hour, with a minimum of 3 hours. For larger parties, If there are photos left on my phone of people who I do not complete on the day, I will take these home, complete, and send to the host in the days following. Postage is included. I can complete one A6 portrait, of up to 4 people, every 15 mins.
Travel is priced at 50p per mile from Clevedon, England. Anywhere with a commute longer than 2 hours I will charge for an overnight stay of up to £100.
You are more than welcome to add on larger portraits that will be completed after the day. These will be charged at my standard portrait rates. If you would like to send me photos of people or even pets who couldn’t be there on the day, and have them added to these, please just ask.
